Sierra Shred is currently looking for the right candidate to fill a Class B Local Route Driver/Service Technician position. We are looking for a motivated, accountable, hard-working individual with the right combination of customer service and commercial driving skills.

3. Are you comfortable lifting/moving 50 to 100 lbs regularly?

Position: Class B Local Route Driver/Service Technician

Hours: Full-time (average work week 40-45 hours) | Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays | 7a start until route completed

Starting Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per Hour + Overtime Pay w/Merit Review in 60 Days

Description: The Class B Local Route Driver/Service Technician is responsible for all aspects of customer service involving the document and data destruction process, including:

Managing daily route consisting of 15 to 20 stops across the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex

Face-to-face interaction and telephone contact with business and residential clients

Driving and operating a mobile shredding truck and equipment

Data entry using computer tablet in field, including payment processing at time of service

Daily, routine equipment maintenance

Training: Comprehensive, hands-on training directly with Operations Manager and other assigned team members for 4 to 8 weeks.
